Membership – A peer group of six to eight Leaders who are committed to leadership development in themselves and others

  • Individual Executive Coaching – 10 x one hour bi-weekly sessions, focused on personal leadership priorities which are established in collaboration with the member's corporate sponsor/supervisor
  • Group Action Learning Forums – 5 x two hour monthly group sessions, delivered virtually or in person, with content customized to address shared development priorities.  Facilitated by PPG with a sharp focus on shared learning, action and accountability
  • Forum Pre-work – customized material for each Forum theme, delivered to the members in advance so they come to the Forum prepared to share insights and experience
  • Action Learning Challenges - specific action designed by each member on the Forum theme, with outcomes shared in the subsequent Forum

Forum Objectives:

Grow leader strengths, capacity and confidence to successfully lead now and into the future;

Support leaders in their “real time” opportunities and challenges;

Elevate thinking, behaviours and accountability for leadership outcomes;

Develop a peer group with a shared vision and commitment to lead into the future; and

Build organizational leadership "bench strength".

$3,500 - $4,000 per cohort member, based on remote vs in person delivery, and customization required.

We are certified in a number of leadership programs and tools.  Additional services are available such as 360 degree feedback, assessments and further program customization.

Leadership "Action" Forums

​​​​​​​Our Forum offering evolved in collaboration with a corporate client who needed a better way to build leader bench strength and grow capacity in an environment of accelerated change.  Traditional methods of off-site training and generic content were not meeting their needs.  We responded by designing and delivering a unique and practical Leader “Action Learning” Forum.  Through individual leader coaching and peer group learning within the context of their own work, leader's accelerate their development, build capacity and performance on the job.  Participants integrate learning immediately into their leadership behaviours and reinforce the organization's performance management model, tools and systems.  Outcomes have been exceptional.  Here's what clients say about the results:
