James Playford

James is CEO of The Playford Performance Group Inc., supporting businesses and leaders to accelerate and elevate exceptional outcomes. He is also COO of CRWN.ai, a hardware and software IoT company that enables utilities to predict and prevent failures on the most critical transmission lines, and a Forum Chair with MacKay CEO Forums, whose mission is to populate the world with inspiring leaders.
He works with owners and leadership teams to build clarity, alignment and execution, from building strategic plans to implementing Strategic Performance Systems™ that turn strategy into results. He runs his own practice on AI and helps the leaders he serves leverage it every day, so his sessions are grounded in real use and real-world learning, not theory.
